  • In person, during consultations, as part of understanding your health and tailoring treatment to you

  • To respond to your enquiries

  • To arrange and manage your appointments

  • To provide safe, appropriate, and tailored treatment

  • To keep basic records of past sessions, so ongoing care is informed by your history with me

Health information

Anything you share with me during a consultation is treated as confidential. It's used only to inform your care, and isn't shared with anyone else without your permission - except where I'm legally required to (for example, if required by law or in a genuine safety emergency).

Storage & security

Your information is stored securely and only accessed by me. I take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

 

Third parties

I don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you choose to follow a link to Neolife's ordering site from this page, that's a separate website with its own privacy policy - I'd encourage you to have a look at theirs if you're ordering through them.

I keep client records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ongoing care and to meet any professional or legal obligations, after which they're securely deleted or destroyed.
