From sinus infections to Hamilton homeopath!

For years, I was stuck in a frustrating cycle - severe sinus infections, antibiotics every couple of months, on repeat. Eventually I decided to try something different: homeopathy. It worked, and I haven't battled a sinus infection since.
​
That one experience changed the whole direction of my life. It sparked a passion for natural therapies that's taken me from reflexology and aromatherapy, to sports massage, and finally homeopathy - I'm now a qualified homeopath (NZ Level 6, Acute and Chronic Prescriber), completed after I moved to Hamilton from South Africa in 2019.

The more I've learned, the more I've realised how connected the body really is - a tight shoulder can trace back to an old injury, a stressful week can settle into your gut, and the gentlest pressure point on your foot can ease something you didn't even know was tense.

That's exactly why I trained across these different therapies rather than sticking to just one, so I can meet you wherever you're starting from.
